There are three levels of account access to your myCareDirectives.com account

Account Holder

The account owner, with full control over ALL aspects of the account

Account Manager

This level of access is meant for trusted family members or contacts who are intimately familiar with the owner's healthcare wishes and will help the account owner manage the account. This assistant is able to upload Care Directive documents, replace uploaded documents, and create Document Viewer accounts.

Document Viewer

This level of allows the assistant to view uploaded Care Directive documents, but not change/replace any documents, meaning this level of access cannot change the documented healthcare wishes of the account owner.
